Anoma Wilson an Award Winning Cake decorator
We are situated in Lysterfield in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne at the foot hills of the Dandenong Mountains.
Anoma Wilson has over 30 years of experience in cake decorating. She was trained overseas and in Australia in sugar craft. Anoma has won many awards at the Royal Melbourne Show and other competitions in Melbourne. Her current award is for a traditional wedding cake 2011 at the Royal Melbourne Show.
She has a passion for cake decorating, and also loves to teach and pass on her creative ability and wealth of knowledge to others. She specializes in providing each customer with a designer cake to suit their needs and occasion. Anoma also taught short courses on novelty cakes at William Angliss Institute in Melbourne.
